Chick-fil-A Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:


  • 2 boneless chicken breasts (cubed into nugget size)
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice (marinade)
  • 1 cup milk + 1 egg (batter)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (yes, secret ingredient)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt + pepper
  • Peanut oil (or vegetable oil) for frying

Cooking Steps:

Marinate chicken cubes in pickle juice 30 min. Drain.

Dip in milk + egg.

Toss in flour + sugar + spices mix.

Fry at 180°C / 350°F until golden (3–4 min). Drain.
