McChicken Sweet Chili Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts or fillets (pounded thin) — or use chicken tenders from oven method above
  • 1 cup buttermilk (optional for marinade)
  • 1 cup panko + seasoned flour for crunchy breading (or use frozen breaded fillets)
  • 2 large flour tortillas (10–12 in)
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot or cucumber ribbons (optional for freshness)


Sweet-Chili Mayo

  • ½ cup mayo
  • 2–3 tbsp sweet chili sauce (adjust to sweet/spicy balance)
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Pinch salt


Cooking Steps:

Bread & cook chicken (pan-fry or oven method above). Slice to fit wrap.

Mix the mayo + sweet chili + lime. Taste — want a tangy sweet hit.

Warm tortillas, spread sauce, place lettuce, add sliced chicken, drizzle more sweet chili mayo, roll tightly, toast seam-side down on dry skillet lightly (30–60 sec each side) to seal.
